Operation Formosa | Brazilian, American, and Chinese forces conduct drills in Brazilian savanna

Brazilian, American, and Chinese Navy personnel are conducting joint military exercises in Brazil’s savanna. The training, known as Operation Formosa, is one of the largest in Latin America. The joint exercise is allegedly intended to be a step toward normalizing military relations between China and the USA.
