Rep Massie: Amendment passed to protect the constitution against WHO Treaty

Rep Thomas Massie - The House adopted my amendment protecting Americans from unconstitutional World Health Organization (WHO) agreements and treaties. Treaties don't override the Constitution. Laws that seek to bind Americans in the United States must first pass both the House and Senate.
