Ubisoft Wants More DEI Hiring as Stock Collapses

Ubisoft has experienced significant backlash due to their insistence on pushing DEI over quality and the company has made indicators they are doubling down on these decisions.

Following the release of Star Wars Outlaws Ubisoft has seen a further decline in stock value, something that shouldn’t occur following the release of a major AAA title from a game developer. Combine that with the bleak outlook for their next big title, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, and it’s no wonder shareholders are pushing for the company to go private. Instead of learning from the mistakes that have caused this it would appear Ubisoft is wanting to continue their path of destruction.
