2024-09-05: In Conversation With Media On The Filming Of Emergency Incidents

Original footage recorded on Thursday 5th September 2024 in between 2:10pm and 2:35pm of a discussion between myself and various representatives of the news media requesting the footage that I filmed of a house fire be included in their evening news broadcasts. The footage appeared on 7NEWS Perth, 9News Perth and 10 News First Perth.

This video focuses on the parts of the discussion where the topic of public photography and videography and the legal and ethical aspects of filming emergency incidents and newsworthy events is discussed and advocating for citizen journalism. I thank the news media on scene for their courtesy and professionalism.
