Stormtroopers from Buryatia captured militants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

A carefully planned assault allowed several Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers to be captured, who decided to surrender voluntarily in order to save their lives. At the same time, daytime forays to the front line are rather the exception to the rule.

“Our task was to go there, clear it, gain a foothold and get out of there. In principle, we did it all. We didn’t work in one group, there were many of us. We went there and cleared everything,” said the platoon commander
