Feeling The Pain - Stoeger M3K and 3 Inch Magnums

This is a fun video. But WOW, am I feeling the pain! I had some questions about my Stoeger M3K and I decided it was time for another range trip with it! Someone wanted to know a few things about it, mainly how it would run 3 inch magnum shells. So, I realized I have not taken in out in a very long time and jumped at the chance to make another video with it!
I do have this set up more with competition in mind, so I have the lower powered Federal 1145 shells tuned for mine. I have a weighed action bar and lighter recoil spring from MOA Precision installed. It makes it more reliable with the lighter recoiling 1145s. The downside is the more full power shells have a harder kick to them!
As you can see from this, I got tossed around a good bit more than usual. It was still a lot of fun! A great reminder to not be too focused on one thing and get out more of a variety and just have some fun days on the range from time to time. I got to smash some clays, hand throw some in the air, and run my Texas Star a little bit.
Plus, I made some funny faces, so that is always a good time!!
