What Trump Should Have Brought Up At The Debate Tonight That Everyone Is Missing.

Mainstream shows are AFRAID to book me even though I back up everything I say with Supreme Court Case law.

Why?
Because of the BAR CARD tools of the STATE.

When they world finds out the LEGAL system is REPUGNANT to the CONSTITUTION...

They'll be begging ME to teach them how to get it out of their lives.

The Supreme Court rulings of the summer of 2024, (Chevron Deference and SEC v Jarkesy) are going to unwind the corporation that the United States has been since 1871.

He's had all four of his court cases disrupted in various ways but he's never said what the root cause of all of them are.

Yes the DOJ lawfare is there.
But the truth is this...

There is no victim.

He never had an obligation to walk into these courts in the first place.

Those men in suits sitting next to him won't ever reveal that secret to him despite how much he's paying them to RE-PRESENT him.

They RE-PRESENT him to the court creating a narrative to weave around statutes that don't even pertain to him.

He could correct this country very simply in an aspect that affects the daily life of every American by exposing the biggest hidden secret of the LEGAL ENTITY.

If I could wave a magic wand for Donald Trump to speak, he would announce to the world that we're going to have Article Three common law courts be as normal as it is to go to traffic court.

Every day in every town in the USA, the rights of the people are circumvented by the mechanism of the driver's license and the abuse of administrative traffic courts and state courts.

They're all illegitimate courts.

The Bill of Rights and the Constitution are the supreme law of land.

So why do all the states have their own constitutions if the Federal Constitution is the supreme law of the land?

Because they're just separate corporations.

The "State of ANY STATE" are all federal corporations that are subsidiaries of the UNITED STATES...corporation.

He and we could fix this country very simply.

First of all, wipe all these nonsensical statutes off the book.

They're not applicable to living men and women.
Congress and legislatures can ONLY regulate COMMERCE, not living men.

When someone files a lawsuit the clerk should say,
"Oh, you're a living man, you go to that door over there.
Oh, you're a corporation. You go to that door over there."

It's very simple.

You convert our Congress back to a Congress of the Republic.

We the People, our delegates from Congress, come back to their respective states and say, "Hey, everyone, we want to pass a law that says this. Are y'all okay with it?"

And people say yes or no.

He takes the notebook back to Congress and says,
"My state votes no."

And then whoever wins wins.

That is a Republic by the people, for the people.

Then you take all these judges in these state courts and fire every one of them.

They don't need to be retrained.
They don't need to be replaced.
They commit treason every day.
They need to be removed.

All we need are common law courts.

The Supreme Court in SEC v Jarkesy in June of 2024 just said, even in matters of public topics,
"Article Three courts are favored".

Because even in matters of public rights, so to speak, it ultimately filters detriment down to a living man or woman.

There is no need to have statutory courts in this country.
Everything is covered under common law.

If you own a company and your company injures someone, they can bring a common law claim.

If you buy property and elevate it 30 feet in the air and drown out all your neighbors and you cause injury, there's a common law claim.

Common law covers everything.

The reason why common law is repugnant to the government is because the government can't victimize themselves and make money off of your pain and suffering.

And yet, Donald Trump has walked into all these cases where there is no victim because he hired a BAR CARD TOOL of the state (attorney at law), the "legal system", not common law as it should be.

BAR card attorneys can't ever...EVER...speak for living men and women under common law.

Put one on a lie detector and ask them.

We don't know if he knows what we know.

We don't know if he's exposing things he did by choosing these SCOTUS judges that are making these incredible rulings.

Time will tell well.

It's completely absurd to think that that an APPOINTED judge of a municipal corporation in New York just took down the former president, the most powerful man in the in the world....

IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE ARTICLE ONE COURT.

That's just absurd.

There's no victim.
It's all theater.

But if you look back at what Donald Trump was saying years ago, he said,
"I'm giving power back to the people."

One of the executive orders that Trump did not overturn is the one signed by Barack Obama pertaining to propaganda.

Barack Obama actually signed an executive order that says we can use propaganda.

Trump and the team are doing the same thing.

They're using propaganda.

They're showing the American people just how messed up things are, and they're letting us,
"We the people",
wake up and make our own decisions.

There are people on X that mock the cover of my book, which they don't probably know that moment in time that's on my book cover, is showing what is supposed to be the moment in time when the military was behind Donald Trump at the inauguration the transfer of power actually happened.

Did that happen?
I don't know.

It's just rumor for now.

But there was a reason for all the military to do what they did that day behind him.

Most people just give in to traffic court.
Get marriage licenses.
Register your private property.
OBEY the state.

Thomas Jefferson said it the best.

"Free people do not ask the government's permission."

You don't need their permission to do anything and the state cannot convert a right into a privilege and charge you for it.

Like forcing a driver's license that creates the LEGAL ENTITY mechanism they use in their legal system to circumvent your rights by creating "the person of" in all their statutes.

They can't tell you what you can and cannot own.

There isn't one statute on in this nation that is lawful, and every statute, code, ordinance, every judgment by a district state court or district Federal Court as applied to living man or woman are all repugnant to the Bill of Rights, and by the Supreme Court, they are all acts of treason against we, the people.
