As you can see, my aim could be much better when attempting to play Doom 3 without the HUD and the reticule.

Doom 3 has installed the Doom 3 Redux mod at the link below.

I also have a Reshade mod installed.
The mod is made by me, slipkid69.
The name of the Reshade mod is (DOOM 3 SSR for DOOM 3 REDUX), adding screen-space reflections.

This mod is for the original version of Doom 3 only. It is not compatible with the BFG Edition.

The Resurrection of Evil expansion pack will be supported at a later date.
Redux is a community remaster for DOOM 3 that aims to update the original release without altering its gameplay or art style. It massively overhauls the game's visuals with 2300+ enhanced textures, both compiled (700+ textures from Monoxead and Wulfen texture packs) and newly created: 1200+ individual textures have been re-created for Redux, typically at four times and up to 16 times the original size. Many texture sets have been made from scratch with high-resolution normal maps, with other textures redrawn (diffuse+specular) following the original normals.

Hundreds of HUD and GUI elements have been edited and re-created 1:1 in high resolution with added support for 16:9 and 16:10 aspect ratios, eliminating UI stretching whenever possible. Various UI issues, typos and language-specific errors have also been corrected. Building on the menu framework created by 6th Venom, the user experience has been improved in several ways: out-of-the-box support for common widescreen resolutions, better mapping and control options, individual control over texture resolution, field of view, anisotropic filtering, camera shake and other options.

Redux also includes many general improvements: additional dynamic lights, map-specific fixes for consistency errors and corrupted or misaligned texture attribution, better materials and redrawn static projected shadows (where appropriate). Finally, minor sound improvements have been made, including fixes for broken or missing audio, uncompressed variants of existing effects, revamped audio logs, and a few (optional) sound effects replacements.
