Day 25 of my 30-day plank challenge, and I'm looking to bounce back from yesterday's plank performance, in a big way. My legs were tired from my workout the day before, and I barely made it into the four-minute range. True to how I bounced back in the past, like when I went to Alabama and I dropped out of the four-minute range, back down to the mid-threes, I come back heavy and hard for this plank, push myself, and set another personal planking best!
