Red and Blue doesn’t match

Here is a color theme I keep encountering quite often. FFS! Someone purposely planted an Oreo wrapper (blue) and a Red Bull can (red & silver) directly outside my kitchen window. But now the perp neighbor is coming outside in red and blue. All street theater.
