For today's cooking vlog, I'm going to share with you my SPICY CORN COCONUT SOUP recipe.
You can add this dish to your weekly meal plan during this time of social isolation with limited access supermarkets and restaurants.
It requires few and affordable ingredients. It's simple, easy and quick to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:

Here are the Ingredients:
2 cups of coconut milk, fresh or in can
2 cups of chicken stock
1/2 small white onion, diced
2 big cobs of fresh corn
1 small garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
Cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper
Olive oi
