A Hearing with former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo - September 10, 2024

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo testified Tuesday before the House Oversight Committee about how his administration responded to the spread of COVID-19 in the state’s nursing homes during the pandemic. In 2021, New York Attorney General Letitia James released a report saying the state underreported nursing home deaths from COVID while Cuomo was in office.
