Putting Hamilton bike share in its place

Recently the speed dating host rescued over 40 bikes in a one-week period and put up mini-ads where the orphaned bikes were to try to make Ontario Speed Dating well known to more people.

Unfortunately, today marks the second day where the host had to WALK a long distance (over 10km) to go home to seek support due to bike system malfunction.

What's worse about today is as soon as he attempted to call 2X at 6 PM local time, he was directed to voicemail both times and the voicemail message stated their customer support was available until 8 PM

He went ahead and sent an email at 6 PM. He received an automated notification that his email was received. Shortly after, he received an email from the system claiming the bike he used was NOT locked.

So he used his own bike to returned to the site where he locked the rental to find out it is in fact LOCKED. The crazy part (which wasn't mentioned in the video) was that a student tried to fix the issue by unlocking the bike using her phone but her phone indicated that the LOCKED bike was IN USE!

We the people need to step up and NOT allow robots to rule our lives!

Thankfully the host still owns his own bike so he will be able to do advertising elsewhere.
