This Easy, Delicious & Healthy Baked Shrimp Recipe is a MUST TRY!

Main Ingredients:
1.25 LBS Easy Peel Medium shrimp
1 Large Red Onion - Sliced thick
3 Roma Tomatoes - Sliced thick
1 Tbsp Capers

Marinade Ingredients:
1/4 Cup olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp - dry basil & oregano mixture
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili powder

Cooking Instructions:
Add Ingredients listed above for Marinade to a bowl. Mix well, set aside

Preheat Oven to 375*F

In the meantime:
In a 11"x8.5" baking dish place shrimp, onion and tomato slices
alternatively to form 3 rows. Sprinkle capers over it.
Spoon over the marinade, that we set aside earlier, to coat everything evenly
Place baking dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes
Remove baking dish from oven; your delicious Baked Shrimp is ready!
