Planks for Progress: (Day 24) Improving Core Strength [Andy Arcade 'The Way']

Day 24 of my 30-day planking challenge, and this was a tough one for me to stomach. When you have gains, the expectation is they're going to stay consistent, and you'll build on them. That's not always the case, and my legs gave out on me about fifteen seconds after four minutes. Not ideal, but I take solace in the fact that I am consistently in the four-minute range. However, if my past results are any indication, I'm going to bounce back big over the next few days, and likely not only set a new PR, but exceed my goal of a five-minute plank, very soon. Stay consistent with yourself, and when you feel like you've plateaued, change your routine around a little bit. I'm thinking I'll go ahead and handle my plank challenge early on in the day, when my body is freshest, before moving onto any of my other daily obligations and tasks.
