Using senna tea regularly might make your body depend too much on it for regular bowel movements. This could actually make your constipation worse over time.

Also, since senna tea makes your intestines move more, it can lead to dehydration if you're not drinking enough fluids to make up for what you're losing.

There's also the risk of messing up your body's electrolyte balance, especially potassium, which can cause muscle weakness, irregular heartbeat, and tiredness.
