Law Society of Alberta hiring practices

There is worldwide outrage against the rape and murder of a medical intern at R G Kar Medical College Kolkata but none against rotten ex cop John Dooks, of the Law Society of Alberta. He can only be compared to the Accused in this rape, Sanjoy Roy or the dangerous rapist and killer of vulnerable women - Michael Pikton. Why does the Law Society of Alberta only hire psychopathic killers and sex offenders?
