Public hearing regarding the request to build another power plant in Hood County. Turning Granbury into a “no attainment” area. Sad deal.

Informal Discussion Period and a Formal Comment Period. Grievous circumstances for Hood county residents - sickness and loss of peace. Serious concerns about noise and pollution impact on humans, animals and water.
Wolf Hollow II Power Plant has petitioned TCEQ to increase pollution in Precinct 2 by nearly 500%. Some of the pollutants listed are sulfuric acid, heavy metals - including mercury - sulfur dioxide and many other problematic chemicals.
