This is huge: Vladimir Putin is still ready to negotiate a peace settlement with Ukraine based on the Istanbul agreements that the two parties concluded back in March 2022! That's why he never published the agreement but kept brining it up over and over again. He still sees what was negotiated back then as the most realistic way to come to a peace agreement.
