Definitely within my top 10 favourite dishes. Moroccan chicken couscous (not to be mistaken with chicken tagine) is full of flavour and so simple to prepare. There are extra ingredients that can be used in this dish. Cabbage, chickpeas, potatoes and the list goes on. I have made this recipe to my specifications and how I enjoy it.
