MSNBC guest Roger McNamee calls for “prosecuting” Elon Musk: “The critical element in thinking about Elon Musk is like any American he has a right to his own opinion & … However, that right is not unlimited & he is under some special limitations that wouldn’t apply to normal people because his companies, specifically Starink & SpaceX … he has obligations to the govt that … should require him to moderate his speech in the interest of national security. What you have is somebody who runs a really strategic defense & aerospace projects for the federal govt who is actively undermining the govt which is paying him.
