Vegetable Pancakes Recipe

In this video, I will be showing you how to make delicious and healthy vegetable pancakes. These pancakes are packed with nutrients and are a great way to sneak in some veggies into your diet. They are also easy to make and perfect for a quick breakfast or a light lunch.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
• 1/3 cup carrot, thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup capsicum, thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup thinly sliced onion
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/3 teaspoon white pepper
• oil (for cooking)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, white pepper and mix well.
2. Add the shredded cabbage, thinly sliced onion, carrot, capsicum, and mix well.
3. Add egg and 3/4 cup of water. Mix well.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
5. Add the pancake batter and spread it out evenly.
6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
8. Serve the vegetable pancakes warm with your choice of dipping sauce, such as sour cream, Greek yogurt, or a spicy sriracha mayo.
