Seceding from the larger cities like Baton Rouge, Austin, San Diego, Chicago, etc is becoming a political phenomenon in America right now. Is this the way these dying urban areas are finally brought to their knees so they can be rebuilt? Does having smaller political entities within what used to be the city limits pose a real solution to the rampant crime problems plaguing these cities?
