July 15, 2021 phone call to Oregon Crime Victims Law Center

Desperate for protection from daily biomedical assault, I called Oregon Crime Victims Law Center to ask for help. This was not my first phone call - I had called earlier and they had given me other numbers to call - but those numbers were for organizations who helped domestic violence sufferers, not victims of organized crime. I was - and am - aware that there are laws in both Oregon and Federally to protect Crime Victims, though Oregon law seems to define "victim" differently than federal law. In any case - both this Oregon legal organization and the US Department of Justice federal crime victim protection office told me they are unable to help me. This organization said they couldn't help me because the police and FBI refuse to open an investigation. The federal office didn't give a reason. They just said "we can't help you."
