The ELVIS law protects people's likeness, vocals, and voice form being used in AI generated art, but will it hold up under judicial scrutiny?

Joining us tonight is Sherri Garrett from Knoxville, Tennessee. Sherri, is a nurse, a wife, mom, and grandmother. She has spent the last 4 years fighting for Constitutional freedom in Tennessee.

She battled with Knoxville Social Dissidents in 2020-2021 against the powerful Knox County Board of Health, ultimately removing them from authority. She unsuccessfully ran for Knox County School Board in 2022 which led her to being a founding member and treasurer of Knox for Liberty. She is also Vice Chair of the reconstituted Knox County chapter of Moms for Liberty.
