Let it be clear that Josh originally did have a 12-gauge shotgun because of his love for the movie Tombstone, which he calls his Tombstone gun, and Clint was supposed to take it away after he was being irresponsible while drunk on a livestream panel with his friend Courtney Niedt. I am not sure when Clint decided to give the gun back to him, but it is definitely a mistake and should be confiscated immediately either by Clint or the Casper Police Department.
