Anyone who has always wanted to know how to become an innocent and unsuspecting citizen of the Reich can understand this in my file of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution.
On August 21, 2024 at about 1:40 p.m., you must have started working on an order to see if I could be a citizen of the Reich. This is what I conclude from this picture of my channel:

On June 6, 2022, I had forwarded a post to a lawyer's data collection channel. She collected the information on Reichsbürgerposten because the team that helped her, which I also owned, had many people seeking help at the time who had unknowingly tried to protect their children from the mask requirement and tests with forms from Reichsbürger or to keep them out of schools in order to protect them. These parents were desperate. They had been assured that with this information and in the manner of the Reichsbürger, they would be able to protect their children.
Of course, that didn't work out.
The youth welfare offices threatened many parents with custody withdrawal.
That was the point where these parents approached the team around this lawyer, where I helped voluntarily at the time and also looked after the hotline once a week. Calls came in from families whose doors had just been smashed in by the police because of mask certificates or "Reichsbürger suspicion". I then put these desperate families through to this lawyer so that she could control the police by phone.
In order to understand how Reichsbürger argue and to understand what is going on, you have to do research, collect data and sift through it. This includes compiling the data circulating at that time so that you know what arguments will hit you in the next zoom. And the Zooms back then were well attended.
Accordingly, I forwarded Reichsbürger posts to this data collection channel.
If someone sits in front of you in Zoom and talks about constellis or SHAEF laws, you should know halfway what the client is actually saying, otherwise you make yourself untrustworthy.

So because I forwarded corresponding documents and posts circulating at the time to the channel where the team bundled information, for viewing and research, I am now a citizen of the Reich, according to the Office for the Protection of the Constitution.
At that time, however, I also got used legal books on the subject of constitutional law, which are still on the shelf, just by the way. Did I become a lawyer with a focus on constitutional law as a result? Hardly.
The argumentation of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution is as simple as it is embarrassing:
Because someone shares a post, they are of the same opinion.
But I also shared posts from the Tagesschau.
I have also shared posts of the Volksverpetzer.
I've also shared posts from NextLevel.
I have educated myself broadly in conspiracy theories so that you have (counter)arguments when someone of the corresponding current sits in front of you and is not taken by surprise.
So I also know the theories of flat earthers.
So I also know the theories of the supporters of the mud flood.
I also know the theories of the people who believe in an ancient empire called Tartaria that was wiped out by a flood of mud.
I know the theories of people who believe that 1000 years of history were invented by the Jesuits and that the Dark Ages never existed.
I have dealt with the Bock saw.
I have read the book by Ugur Sahin and also the books by Moderna (The Messenger) and the inventors of the Oxford vaccine (Vaxxers).
That doesn't mean that I agree with them. But I think outside the box and don't stay in the permitted narrow corridor of discussion.
I look out of my bubble.
I know exactly from which public channel the pictures come.
I know that the channel also has lawyers as members who sift through this collection so that they know what arguments they face when they have clients from the Reichsbürger milieu. So these lawyers know how to pick up these people where they are at the moment or where they can see what the client might mean.
And that alone is enough for me to now be considered a citizen of the Reich.
What is interesting about the file is that the images used from the channel are from a time before 2023, when I was still using the image of my demo unicorn costume.
So the Office for the Protection of the Constitution had the time and leisure to take screenshots of public Telegram channels and archive them when an inquiry came years later. You could have just looked into the corresponding channel and seen that it was/am me, because the avatar has adapted to my current picture. But no, they make a derivation that the old Avatar belonged to me. I.e. the Office for the Protection of the Constitution has not stored the source and does not even know from which channel and from when the screenshots are. Embarrassing, embarrassing, embarrassing.
Overall, the procedure is the same as with the Corona test. You only look for what fits into the stuff, only test for Corona and ignore the influenza signal or ignore the fact that the user in question has mainly shared state sources and worked with a lawyer who tried to help people out of the Reichsbürger milieu or to fix the problems that such people had brought on themselves because of these connections.
They also ignore the fact that the alleged Reichsbürger was in a district association of the base. How grassroots democracy and imperial faith are compatible with each other remains to be seen.
They ignore the fact that the alleged Reichsbürger still works for lawyers.
Of course, you also talk to the lawyers about the theories of the Reichsbürger. One is repeatedly confronted with the fact that such clients have put themselves in a predicament because they did not know what they were doing and were fed up with current politics and thus wanted to make their displeasure known. Some of these people will now also be among the 1600 for whom the Ministry of the Interior senselessly spends money and pays for occupational therapy, where bored officials archive screenshots but forget to note the source. A little hint to make your work easier: You can also simply archive channels. There is a function for it, just as a tip.
What the Office for the Protection of the Constitution has done is like insinuating that a social worker who looks after junkies is himself a drug addict because he talked to a dealer. This can certainly be the case, but is not usually the case.
So that's what happens with our tax money.
Bored floppy hats take screenshots of public channels with data collections, which are then compiled into content that suits the requester without any sense or reason and without remembering the source.
They are also so naïve as to assume that crimes are planned in publicly accessible channels.
Dear Office for the Protection of the Constitution,
for this purpose, there are closed groups on Telegram where you can only get in via an admin. I know such groups from scientific circles, where test data of modRNA products were exchanged with each other and publications were written. You will never find these channels with your methods and you will never enter. And I guess it's very similar with the Reichsbürger, who are real Reichsbürger.
This is currently happening with 1600, most likely the majority of whom are completely irreproachable, who simply want to inform themselves and think outside the box because they want to know what a Reichsbürger is, of which the Tagesschau warns so urgently.
The state media do not explain this to you. They just throw the term around and hope that the word alone will catch on and spread fear and terror.
If you then do some research and try to understand what makes these people tick, you are automatically declared to be one of them.
Taxpayers' money at work, I can only say.
They could be used more sensibly.
Working with professionals for once, I can only say.
The Office for the Protection of the Constitution should have read my articles on the harmful mechanisms of the Plörre, then it would have noticed that danger was and is imminent. But no, you prefer to spend time with screenshots that you lovingly archive, but without a source, of course. Probably because of data protection.
This is what a corresponding "file" looks like if someone wants to attach the Reichsbürger to court. Hard to beat in terms of embarrassment.
By the way, "Reichsbürger" are not a German phenomenon. They are available in Australia, the USA, the UK and Switzerland. Maybe in other countries as well. In the USA they call themselves state nationals and probably only have ID cards of their state and return the ID cards of the USA.
The most reliable thing I could find on the subject for myself is an old lecture called "The occult art of law" given by Alan of Salisbury at Birbeck University in London. This lecture could be seen as a kind of basis for the view of the worldwide "Reichsbürger", I guess.
