Planks for Progress: (Day 22) Improving Core Strength [Sturgill Simpson 'Mercury in Retrograde]

Day 22 of my 30-day planking challenge, and I'm super jacked after this one. Not only because I've got a twelve pack (figurative) hiding beneath the surface of my belly, but because I was able to plank for the entirety of a song, AGAIN! That's only happened two other times during the course of this challenge, and when it does, it fuels my resolve to continue forth towards my goal of a five-minute plank within thirty seconds. When I started this video log, I was only able to plank for 1:54. Now, I'm at 4:27.97, and I've got another eight days of planks to reach, and exceed my ultimate goal. I'm going to accomplish my objective, and if you've learned anything from this chronology of my personal success, it's that you can accomplish whatever it is that you set your mind to. Results don't come overnight, you have to work for them, but if it's worth it to you, you'll make the sacrifices you need to bring your dreams, goals, and objectives from an imaginary mindspace, into reality. Thirty days isn't very long to transform a body and mindset, and it's completely possible when you pursue something passionately.
