how to exterminate Evil Bees reinfesting Rooftop

years after they have escaped previous so called Bee Expert Removal, now they're back w a vengeance, ugh.
I learned that long as there's smell of Honey, they swarmed back, evil Queen Bee must hired a lot of soldiers, Hive is wedged on the NE extreme corner of roof 50 feet from ground, extended into my Ceiling as I'm told.
