US is the Richest and the Most Obese and Sickest Country! How is That Possible?

Simple reason, there is no nutritional value in our food, starting with Food Pyramid. We cannot get any nutrients when 65% of our diet consist of carbs, fruits and cheap seed oil. It’s a simple fact. The pyramid is inverted and incorrect since 1992.

I wonder if the Food Pyramid had and has anything to do with the obesity rate? Yes, it’s part of the deception of being “healthy”.
