TOOLS: MEDITATION 3: FEMALE VORTEX OF THE HEART vs THE MALE VORTEX OF THE HEART.

- FIRST do 7 Breath meditation (Meditation 1) to calm you so you can connect to the heart
- Remember your Heart is a Vortex! Go in to the Tiny Space of the Heart or THE VORTEX OF THE HEART, Then state with intention to go inwards or use the “OHMM” Chant to go INWARDs using the inflow of the FEMALE VORTEX! Female Vortex meditation takes you to the inner SHADOW WITHIN…. This is where your trauma and inner emotion is stored. The more you go here, the more you will clear your trauma from this lifetime and your epigenetic trauma or lineage trauma from many generations into the past. If you get overwhelmed and this is too much, then use the “AHH” chant to take you outwards through the male vortex with Bliss, Happiness, and Ecstasy!
You can go Outwards from the Heart, or you can go outwards through the top of the head and/or the Crown Chakra. The Chant “AAHhh” helps to take you up and outward! The Chant “OHMM” Helps you go down and inward!
