Day 6 of the 30 Day Carnivore Bar Challenge: Today, I’m confronting the challenges of significant dietary changes head-on. I’ve experienced feelings of weakness, a direct effect of hypoglycemia, as my blood glucose dipped to 48 mg/dL. While this might sound alarming, it’s a profound demonstration of how The Carnivore Bar impacts hunger and satiety hormones—ghrelin is nearly nonexistent, and leptin levels are elevated, ensuring that despite lower glucose levels, my body feels satiated longer.

This physiological shift is crucial for understanding the adaptability of our bodies and how they can thrive on different fuel sources, such as ketones, which today measured at an impressive 6.0 mmol/L. The Carnivore Bar is proving its efficacy not just in maintaining satiety but also in supporting a metabolic state conducive to health improvements.

📈 Health stats reflect these changes:
- **Weight:** 176.0 lbs; down 4.0 lbs total.
- **Daily Calorie Burn:** Oura (3052), Whoop (2125).
- **Daily Deficit:** -2529 kcal; Weekly Deficit: -7493 kcal.
- **Biofeedback:** Readiness and sleep are optimal, with increasing signs of recovery. My resting heart rate is now at a low of 49 bpm, while my heart rate variability has improved significantly to 84 ms, both indicators of enhanced health and recovery.
