Why are not all cameras are created equal?
Well, as manufacturers upgrade models and features in their cameras, some of these may not have the necessary ports to be able to connect any of the remote shutter releases currently in the market as they have substituted this option for APP connectivity or a Bluetooth wireless controller.

So before you go out and buy that shiny new camera with 1.000.000 megapixels, do your research and learn what are the options to for remote shutter release.
