Hey there! Happy Friday! Welcome to the Perilous World Radio show with our fabulous hosts, Alan and Jan Masters. Today, they're diving into the hot topic of the Georgia school shooting. Alan even shared some powerful insights from Roy Masters's book, "How to Survive Your Parents." He highlighted the idea that crime, delinquency, and mental illness are not just individual issues but are deeply influenced by our culture. It's a fascinating take on how our society shapes these challenges. Alan also touched on the tendency for parents to point fingers at their kids instead of looking within. Jan shared a scripture that best fits this topic. Ephesians 6:4 says, “Fathers do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction that comes from the Lord.” Deep down, we all carry a seed of darkness passed down to us by our parents. But with the power of love, light, and forgiveness, we can prevent that seed from taking root and growing. Thank you for joining us. We hope to see you all next week.
