Today on Save OCP Bobby Cleveland and JJ Humphrey will be discussing the rumor that Dick Conor’s warden has been suspended. This brings up questions over a recent incident of a human rights violation involving a mental health inmate. Director Harpe refuses to acknowledge that his executive staff instructed prison officials to lock an inmate in an outside gage for 4 days. Now it appears they are trying to pin it on the facility. We talk about employee shortages while some facilities are possibly over staffed. Due to manipulation of numbers this seems very unlikely. Reports officers at Lindsey are being forced to sign documents declaring inmates are dead. More and more duties falling on officers without more pay. Also why the big bump in charging inmates to use tablets. Just seems like the Administration is pouring more gas on the fire. We continue to have violence but the Director is trying to cover it up by non reporting and cutting of communication. Don’t miss out should be interesting.
