The condition of your state can significantly affect your physical well-being, social relationships, and surroundings.
Your STATE is a reflection of the mood you are in and what you feel and believe about yourself. I feel happy, sad, angry, or frustrated. These states affect how you perceive and get through your day. Whatever the conscious mind thinks and feels is imprinted onto the subconscious mind, which uses this information to create the filters through which you perceive reality.
