Planks for Progress: (Day 21) Improving Core Strength [Culture Shock 'The Time is Now']

It's day 21 of my 30-day planking challenge, which means we have nine days left to hit our goal. Can we do it? Heck yes, buddy. Once you see the end in sight, that's not the time to take your foot off the gas pedal. Now, that doesn't mean you push it to the floor, although with planking, you should be pushing yourself. If you're doing it right, your abdominal muscles give out, and you end up laying belly down on the ground. It's a good feeling, pushing your muscles to exhaustion for a few minutes. That's what self-improvement is all about. When you challenge yourself to be the best you can be, and set benchmarks for improvement along the way, you WILL earn results. Accolades come to those who actively guide their path, and work for what they want to accomplish.
