Our word peace is the translation of the Hebrew word Shalom. Shalom has much more meaning that our word peace. In our society, peace has come to mean something of a negative. We think of it as the absence of war or the absence of trouble. Shalom is much more positive. It includes everything, which makes for an individual’s highest good. We’ll discuss the three dimensions of peace.
