Ingredients:
300 grams low-fat cottage cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Vegetables: Chop the tomato, cucumber, green pepper, spinach and avocado into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped tomato, cucumber, green pepper, avocado, and spinach.

Dress the Salad: Drizzle the olive oil over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss and Serve: Gently toss all the ingredients until well mixed and evenly coated with the olive oil and seasoning.

Enjoy: Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time to let the flavors meld.
