1) We have shocking discrepancies in the polls! IN POLITICAL NEWS most of the "old line" of pollsters, including Youguv, the perpetually wrong Quinnipiac, and a couple of others cling to the story of Cackles leading like Leonardo clung to Rose's lifeboat. But then we have some (and not a few) serious "outliers" who are more likely right. Here is Patrick Basham's "Democracy Project" with Trump up 3 nationally (and back up to 49, almost the magic number) and up in all the Battlegrounds by 5. Now, Basham aggregated all the battlegrounds, so we don't get specific numbers on each state---but Basham's battlegrounds INCLUDE MN! Cahaley's Trafalgar update is here. Insider Advantage says Cackles has already lost her mo. What do Basham, Cahaly, Baris, and Rasmussen know that they others don't? Well, maybe the non-polling data and signals, such as this:

2) The DNC is diverting spending to the Senate and House races away from Cackles.

3) Meanwhile, other polling from the Detroit Free Press n Michigan has Trump up there, as does this AARP poll. I'm gonna state this right now: if Trump is up by 1 now, by election day he'll be up a lot more.
