Weighted Basic Mat + Standing Arms Authentic Pilates

This authentic Pilates workout is a great by-the-book basic mat with and weights followed by the standing arm weights series. Only use 1-3 lbs weights (never heavier) and drop the weight if they don't agree with your body. Even if you don't have weights, you can pretend or grab bottles of water or cans of soup. Make it work and have fun.
