Kamala helped Cartels thrive with her 'reimagine policing' policies

Jesse Watters - When Kamala Harris failed up to the CA Attorney General's office, she gutted the oldest drug task force in the country. The Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement targeted gangs, traffickers and violent criminals, but Kamala got rid of 400 agents- many of them delegated over to trash duty. Just like magic, drug arrests after that went down and overdoses went up. Cartels thrived and Californians died. A former agent is speaking out for the first time, telling Chris Hansen that it was all part of Kamala's vision to "reimagine policing."
