NY Governor Kathy Hochul: Request to Expel the Consul General From China in New York

09/04/2024 NY Governor Kathy Hochul: I conveyed to a senior State Department official my desire to have the Chinese Communist Party's Consul General in New York expelled, and I was informed that the Consul General is no longer serving at the New York Consulate. I also requested the State Department to take appropriate action in response to the dangerous and outrageous actions taken by Communist China.
