America First Legal sues NY Ethics Commission, Judge Merchan for withholding financial disclosures - AFL Vice President Dan Epstein on our new lawsuit against Judge Merchan: Judge Merchan is being *SUED* ahead of the criminal sentencing of Donald Trump.

Merchan is being sued to release his financial disclosure forms, which may show conflict of interest in his handling of the high-profile case against the 2024 presidential candidate.

"We just sued Judge Merchan and the Ethics Commission for the NY Unified Court System for illegally concealing Judge Merchan’s financial disclosures from 2018-2024," AFL said. "We requested these records in June under NY state law and have been unlawfully stonewalled."

Donald Trump is due to be sentenced on September 18th, just weeks before the November election.
