The full meeting of the Fairfield County Commissioners' weekly meeting for September 3, 2024.

The meeting began with an update on Bond Financing. This was followed by a Hunger Awareness Presentation by Jeanette Curtis along with several Proclamations administered by the Commissioners. https://www.fairfieldcounty211.org/fc-hunger-alliance.html

Public Comments began at 56:34 and ran through 1:07:52 beginning with Lancaster resident Ray Stemen offering a prayer and plea for better stewardship. Ray also commented on the emphasis on gambling he is seeing advertised.

Next, Cathy Brooks (?) of sovereign citizens group called "Ohio State General Assembly" read statement pertaining to the organization.

Lastly, Sherry Pymer of Walnut Township asked if the commission knows more than what is being publicly disclosed about the existing industrial solar projects in the area? https://citizensforfairfields.org/

The remainder of the meeting were items related to the regular Legal Update and County Administrative Update(s) and the commission's "voting pattern".
