Establishing the Assemblies
The Four Pillars are:

The General Assembly;
The International Business Assembly;
The State Courts;
The State Assembly Militia.
First, you have to correct your own public records and reclaim your birthright political status as a Terra Australis State National. Otherwise, you will be counted as a foreign “Dual Citizen” ie. both a British Territorial Subject and a Municipal Subject of Rome, and have no standing.

Second, you need to join your State Assembly and get it organised. As you come together with other people who are declared as State Nationals of your State of the Federation, you achieve General Assembly status. Then, out of the General Assembly membership, you form three smaller groups that perform special functions: the Jural Assembly that runs the State Courts, the State Assembly Militia, and the International Business Assembly.

Third, you begin operating your State, providing services and access to the State Government for the people living in your State, and participating as one of the member States of the Federation. And that’s it. This is what self-governance requires.

The Pillars are four different functions that each State Assembly has to provide for the people of their State.
