Here’s a delicious recipe for Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars—a perfect combination of salty, sweet, and crunchy!

Ingredients:
For the base:

2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
For the peanut butter layer:

1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the chocolate topping:

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil or unsalted butter
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Base:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan, creating the base layer.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
2. Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
In another bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel base.
3. Add the Chocolate Topping:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (or butter). Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
4. Chill and Serve:
Place the bars in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.
Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy!
Optional:
Sprinkle some coarse sea salt on top of the chocolate layer for an extra salty-sweet flavor.
