Posted • September 4, 2024: On Wednesday night, former President Donald Trump had hoped to be facing off against Kamala Harris during a 2024 presidential debate hosted by Fox News. But Joe Biden's taciturn vice president was a no-show, much like she's been over the past nearly four years of his administration, instead of doing the job she was hired to by the American people. Kamala had bravely run away from the challenge of facing him on FNC. So Trump being Trump, he went ahead and took part in a broadcast event anyway… but in a town hall format, hosted by Fox's Sean Hannity. O'Donnell said that he had wasted an hour of his life, then dug into a tired and truly uninspired smear about Donald Trump--that he can do nothing but ramble incoherently during any public event. The Democrats concocted this smear, possibly in reaction to the very real videos and reports about Biden's odd behavior and embarrassing gaffes during his current tenure in the White House.

But he wasn't finished yet with his creative non-reporting; O'Donnell created a curious narrative that the Fox News town hall was a total flop, and the audience members were left unsatisfied because they weren't able to ask questions. (…)
