Action Radio 9/5/24, Court Rules Illegals Have no Rights! Duh, Said That for Years.

It's nice when the Judiciary catches up with the times. At Action Radio we have been proclaiming for years that illegal aliens have no rights. There are two simple reasons, neither of which the 5th Circuit took up in their opinion. Nonetheless they came to the right conclusion.

My logic is simple. You can't have rights in a place you aren't allowed to be in. The first right is always your existence. If you can't be in a place, like the U.S., you can exercise rights rights there, and if you can't exercise rights, you don't have rights. The other more obvious and documentable is that the first line of the Constitution says, "We the People of the United States." Which means - citizens of the United States. The Left focuses on "We the People" only, because the letters are larger.
