Green describes witnessing a disc-shaped craft at Edwards AFB that resembled the famous Billy Meier photos. He shares his experiences visiting Meier in Switzerland, where he claims to have made direct contact with human-like extraterrestrials. Green also reveals his move to Idaho to better receive messages from these beings, who allegedly view Earth as a "prison planet" in the galaxy. Art Bell eventually ends the interview due to the absurdity of the many of guest's claims and topics. He then switches to open lines for the remainder of the show.
